To be honest, i was in double minds on whether i can trust online seller and delivery model with delicate items like Clay pot, but here we are, so while i am enjoying the cool and balanced water from the same i can confirm that its a really value for money product, and the packaging was safe enough to deliver in one piece.
Just dip it for 24 hrs in a bucket to enable the pores and to say sort of activate its powers and its your best buddy for summers, u wont run around asking for cold drinks. Enjoy.
