I started drinking more ever since I bought the Earthen Clay Water Pot. Perfect cooling, easy to use. Loved the quality.

Water was cool within 3 hours and it fit snuggly in our spot. No complaint other than a slight tinge of the plastic gasket's taste in the water. We're hoping it goes away eventually with multiple washes. Other than that it is cute and sturdy and beautiful. It cools water and that's a sign of good pottery. Note- don't tighten the tap nut too tight to avoid cracking in the future. Tighten it to a natural point of tension not beyond that. Use coconut coir to lightly brush it clear of water deposits. And reapply some "geru" on the outside every summer season if you don't like the whitening of the outer surface.

The product, seller and the entire concept are solid. The tap is sturdy and of good quality. Container is perfect for a family of 2-3 and goes best with a non storage water filter. Do follow all instructions of how it must be seasoned. Unglazed clay pots need good seasoning. I seasoned mine for about 36 hours. Notice the difference between the seasoned pot and the unseasoned tumbler and stand. I suppose it's good to season all the clay parts. The tap needs to be fit onto the seasoned pot which requires the use of a spanner. It's all easy enough for anyone to do.
The water remains cool and I hope to make the best use of it in the summers.
Note: I received a cracked tumbler and stand which the seller promptly replaced when contacted. In all a wonderful buy.

I liked the fact that it was pre seasoned. Designed well. Installation of the tap was easy. Just one point, the metal disc for the tap is toooo sharp. I cut my hand badly while installing it
